課程概述 |
本課程的主要目的在於介紹品質的概念，以及其在各種不同方面的應用。從現況的介紹、初步的認識、批判與深度的剖析，到可能的選擇方向等，讓學生都經由學習，成為全品質經理人，由自我品管做起，了解與應用到醫院的品質管理，進而建立有品質的一流人與一流社會為努力目標。以教師講解為主，學生參與報告及教師帶動討論為輔，並依主題需要邀請外賓演講。
The objectives of this course include the introduction of quality concept and its application to many different fields. Course material will cover from the basic concept, advanced application, evaluation and critiques in details, to potential options. It is expected that students could apply the concept and tools to manage yourself, and hospital as well. The final goal is building a first-class people and society for the long run.

課程目標 |
1. 讓學生了解品質、品質管理與醫療品質的概念。
2. 讓學生了解全面品質管理的在醫院推行的現況。
3. 讓學生從衛生政策、健康保險、醫院評鑑與醫療機構管理等方向，了解品質管理與醫療品質的應用。
4. 讓學生學習品質在自我、學習、生活、婚姻、生命等方面的應用。
1. Help students to have basic understanding about concept of quality, quality management and quality of care
2. To know about the status-quo of adoption in different quality management activities
3. To apply quality management and quality of care to health policy, health insurance, hospital accreditation and health care organization management
4. Apply quality concept to self-management, learning, life, marriage, and living beings.

1. 學生於課前應閱讀相關指定參考文獻與參與課程討論
2. 隨課作業的部份，應於兩週內繳交
3. 期中考以個人評量為主
4. 學生應依規定內容準備小組期末報告
